3 steps to a healthier tongue

Add these steps to your morning routine to improve oral health - best done first thing in the morning before you swallow any toxins built up overnight!

Stick out your tongue! Pop the scraper on the back of your tongue & gently pull it down towards the tip

Rinse under running water to remove last night’s nasties

Repeat until your tongue feels clean, rinsing the scraper each time. When you’re done, wash the scraper with warm or hot water, & rinse out your mouth. Voila - so fresh!
