Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver to the UK only. However, if you are outside of the UK we do take special requests. Please email us at and we will try to do our best to accommodate.

How long does the delivery take?

All our orders are shipped Monday–Saturday (excluding bank holidays). All standard shipments take 1 business day to be packed and then up to 2–4 business days to be delivered. 

All express orders require 1 business day to be packed and will be delivered the following business day. Express orders are tracked; the tracking information will be shared with you once the orders are dispatched so you can follow your parcel.

How can I track my order?

If you have placed an express order, you will get an email from us with your tracking information once the order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact us at

What should I do if I haven’t received my order?

If you haven’t received your order within the expected time, please check your tracking information. Please also send us an email at and we will trace your order.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email at along with photographs of your package. We will rectify the situation asap.

Can I change my delivery address after the order is placed?

Please send us an email at as soon as possible with your request to change the shipping address. We try to dispatch all our orders within 1 business day and will only be able to change the delivery address if the order has not been packed. Once the order has been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to change the delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

Please send us an email at to cancel your order. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel the delivery. However, if the order has been dispatched and is in transit, we request you to refuse the delivery whenever you receive it. We will refund your amount as soon as the package returns to our warehouse.

Can I nominate a day for my delivery?

Unfortunately, at this point of time it will not be possible for you to nominate a day for delivery. We work with third party delivery partners for the delivery of our packages and the delivery dates depend on their schedules. However, once your order is shipped you will get a tracking link in your email. Depending on the courier partner, you may be able to specify your required delivery date on the tracking link.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We only accept returns for unopened jars with safety seals in place. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take a return request if you have opened and tried any of our products. 

To return your package, please send us an email at and we will give the detailed instructions on how to return your order back to our warehouse. As soon as we receive your product, we will initiate the refund.
