Turmeric Latte Powder: Gold Power
May your morning latte give you the strength you need to make it to your mid-morning latte.
Looking for the zing of your morning coffee, without the comedown, and even more benefits? Our adaptogenic Turmeric Latte Powder, Gold Power, which is 100% natural, vegan and organic, is just the thing.
It’s a modern take on Ayurveda’s favourite Golden Milk or Golden Latte - a daily tonic that’s been used for thousands of years to give energy levels a boost as well as immunity. But this blend goes a step further with added adaptogens.
Turmeric is used for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and Ashwagandha strengthens the immune system. Finally, Cinnamon and Cardamom have been used for their digestion and congestion benefits - as well as their delicious taste.
Powered by Ayurveda’s super-herbs, this latte powder is the perfect way to wake up your senses or give yourself a little mid-afternoon pick me up.
Immunity & energy - Thanks to the blend of Ayurvedic super-herbs, spices and adaptogens, this latte powder builds up your immunity, gives your energy a kick, and helps support a glowing complexion.
Simple self-care - Your daily ritual just got even better. Simply mix the powder with your milk of choice and let Ayurveda do all of the hard work.
Natural, Vegan & Organic - This Turmeric Latte mix combines all natural, vegan and organic ingredients, meaning no-one has to miss out on the Ayurvedic way of life. We don’t use any refined sugar either.
Great taste - Our Turmeric Latte Powder isn’t just packed full of health benefits but it tastes great too, thanks to Cinnamon and Cardamom.
Tried and tested - Each of our latte mixes take inspiration from Ayurvedic approaches which have been around for more than 5,000 years.
Each serving of our Gold Power Turmeric Latte Powder contains:
- Black Pepper
- Coconut Milk Powder
- Coconut sugar
Turmeric Latte Powder is 100% dairy-free and gluten-free. It’s also free from filler and doesn't contain any soy. We’ve designed our latte powders to work alongside, and support, a healthy lifestyle and diet.
Approximately 15 servings per jar (2 tsp per serving).
Mix two teaspoons of the spice mix with a dash of milk (such as almond milk, cashew milk or oat milk) or hot water to make a paste. Then, slowly add the rest of your milk while stirring. Whisk to remove any lumps. You can try adding a squeeze of raw honey for extra sweetness and health benefits.
In the cold months, we use a milk frother to create a deliciously cosy turmeric drink and, come summer, we can’t get enough of an iced turmeric latte milkshake.
As with any herbal or Ayurvedic supplements, if you take any other medication, are pregnant or suffer from any other conditions, we advise consulting your doctor beforehand.
